Guangxi Medical University (GXMU, 广西医科大学) was founded in November 1934 as Guangxi Provincial Medical College, standing as one of the 22 earliest medical institutions established in China. Co-built by the National Health Commission and the Guangxi Regional Government, GXMU represents the premier medical training, clinical treatment, and biotechnology research hub facing the ASEAN region.
